About
One person, shipping.
Holizmi is my playground. I'm Henry Rroga, a developer in Tirana, Albania, and this is where the things I build get published instead of sitting in a folder.
The plan is deliberately simple: build small things, ship them early, and keep the ones people actually use. A Mac app, a web tool, a hosted product. Whatever the idea needs.
I have been shipping products since 2021, mostly for other markets: an AI event-discovery platform, an Italian homework tutor, and a learning app for Albanian students that passed 150,000 downloads. Those run on their own domains. Holizmi is where the Mac software lives.
How it works
What this studio is
Products, not client work
Everything here is built and owned by the studio. No retainers, no billable hours, no agency.
Nothing earns a domain for free
A new app starts as a page on this site. It gets a subdomain when it sells, and its own domain at $1,000 in revenue. Most ideas will not get that far, and that is the point.
Free tools do the marketing
The tools people search for are free on the web here, and the paid product sits one click away. Content and product end up being the same work.
Pricing follows the product
Some things will be a one-time licence, some a subscription, some free. It depends on what the product actually costs to run.
No unnecessary accounts
Where something can work without an account, telemetry or an upload, it does. The free tools here run entirely in your browser.
Built in public
Revenue, mistakes and shipped features get posted as they happen rather than saved up for a launch.
How it works
An app has to earn its domain
Buying a domain before an idea proves itself is how side projects turn into sunk cost. So nothing gets one for free.
- 01
A page here
Every new app launches as a page on holizmi.com. No new domain, no new brand. If nobody wants it, it gets retired quietly.
- 02
Its own subdomain
Once it sells consistently and has more of a story than one page holds, it gets a proper landing site.
- 03
Its own domain
At $1,000 cumulative revenue it has proven itself and graduates. The free tools that brought people in stay here, feeding the next one.
Built in public.
Progress, revenue and mistakes get posted as they happen rather than saved up for a launch.
